Should you wish to cancel your membership, please do this online in the Member’s Area of the website or at a computer in your Viva Gym. Your cancellation request must be done online on or before the 25th of the month. If you cancel your membership on or before the 25th of the month, you will still have access to the gym until the end of that month.

If you are in the 1st year of a 12 month membership, you will not be able to cancel your membership online. Please contact your gym’s Manager to see what options are available to you – their contact details are on that gym’s page under ‘our gyms’.
