As a member of Viva Gym, you have the option of a ton of group classes you can join in on. So to see what we’ve got going at your local club, just select it from the options below and take your pick from the timetable.
Maybe you can even print it out and put it on your fridge, so you are gently reminded to go get your sweat on? Life is predictably unpredictable, so the timetable is subject to change without notice, but you’ll be notified in-club if any big permanent schedule changes are likely to take place.
Classes are normally 45 minutes long, unless it says otherwise, but we recommend that you show up 5 to 10 minutes before it starts to avoid being that person. There might be some classes that require you to book beforehand, and will be noted as such on the timetable. Bookings are done at reception.
